Our Design & Planning service takes you from your first idea all the way to a complete, buildable design – ready for construction.
Our Process : From First Meeting to Final Drawings
1. Initial Consultation
We take the time to listen to your vision, needs, and expectations. We'll talk about your preferences, function of the space, inspiration, and overall budget.
- Timeline: 1–2 days

2. Site Visit & Data Gathering
We visit your site to study its natural potential, sun direction, conturs, access, existing vegetation, and views.
- Timeline: 2–4 days
- Deliverable: Drone photos, measurements, site notes, topography

3. Concept Design
We translate your vision into a conceptual design. Includes zoning, layout sketches, moodboards, and initial spatial ideas.
- Timeline: 5–7 days
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds (within 2 weeks)
- Deliverable: Zoning plan, layout sketch, moodboard

4. Preliminary Design
We develop the concept into detailed architectural drawings. Includes scaled floor plans, sections, and 3D models.
- Timeline: 7–10 days
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds (within 2 weeks)
- Deliverable: Floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D model

5. Final Design
We refine the approved design into a complete, detailed version, ready for budgeting and technical development.
- Timeline: 7–10 days
- Deliverable: Final architectural drawings and high-quality 3D renderings (exterior & interior)

6. Construction Drawings
We prepare comprehensive technical documents required for construction, coordinating structural and MEP details.
- Timeline: 10–14 days
- Deliverables:
- Full architectural working drawings
- Structural layout (by structural engineers)
- MEP drawings (water, electricity, waste, etc.)
- Site plan with landscaping details
- Interior layout and finishes
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimated construction cost

Payment Guideline
To keep things clear and simple, our design & planning service is billed in 4 stages:

We accept payments via bank transfer. Invoices are issued at each milestone. We're flexible and open to adjusting timelines or terms depending on your project's needs.
